1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing havenlv.com or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and property owners who interact with Haven Hospitality Group ("Haven," "we," "us," or "our"), a short-term rental and property management company based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Haven Hospitality. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us or through the applicable booking platform.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to book a property
  • The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing
  • You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Reservations made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are also subject to those platforms' terms

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and booking platform. The specific policy applicable to your reservation will be stated at the time of booking. General guidelines:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in may be eligible for a full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations made 14–30 days before check-in may receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before check-in are generally non-refundable
  • No-shows are non-refundable

Haven Hospitality reserves the right to modify cancellation terms for specific bookings. The terms confirmed at the time of booking govern your reservation.

4. House Rules and Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to treat Haven properties with care and respect. By booking, you agree to:

  • Comply with all posted house rules, including quiet hours, parking, and pool usage guidelines
  • Comply with Clark County and City of Las Vegas short-term rental ordinances, including noise regulations
  • Not host events, parties, or gatherings beyond the confirmed guest count without prior written approval
  • Not smoke inside any property — designated outdoor smoking areas only
  • Follow all pet policies as stated in the listing (pet-free properties will charge a cleaning fee for violations)
  • Leave the property in a reasonably clean condition at checkout

Violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and additional charges for damages or cleaning.

5. Damage and Security Deposits

Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. A security deposit or damage protection fee may be required at the time of booking. We will provide itemized documentation of any charges made against the deposit within seven (7) days of checkout. Disputes must be raised within five (5) business days of receiving the itemization.

6. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM (local Las Vegas time)
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and a fee
  • Guests who fail to vacate by the stated checkout time may be charged an additional night's rate

7. Accuracy of Listing Information

We make every effort to ensure that property descriptions, photos, and amenity lists are accurate and current. However, amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify guests as soon as possible and work to provide a reasonable remedy. Photos are representative and minor furnishing or decor variations may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Haven Hospitality Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our properties or website, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or loss of personal property. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.

Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance for their stay.

9. Nevada Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of Haven Hospitality Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or booking of properties after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
