Yes, on the exterior of our homes we do have security cameras and 24/7 security monitoring. This is to ensure the safety of our tenants and nearby neighbors.

Some pools have the capability to be heated but we do charge additionally to heat the pools. The homes with a jacuzzi on the other hand do have complimentary jacuzzi heating with their reservation.

All our homes are spread out throughout the Las Vegas Valley, they are all within 30 minutes to the strip. We can specify exact location upon reservation and assist with which home may work best for your Vegas visit.

Mid-term homes are still furnished and operated like a short term rental but they cater to travelers that are here for longer periods of time. 31+ days is considered a mid-term home and they are typically at a discounted price per night.

Yes, the majority of our homes are pet friendly! They will disclose on the listings page if they are or not, but please do not hesitate to ask — we will allow service dogs as needed.
